Transitions is a group of Rochestarians who seek ways to enhance and promote the area to young adults. The group meets as an open forum for ideas twice a month; check the website for details. The meeting location as of October 2006 has been The Old Toad, for it has wi-fi, a cozy middle room, and a low noise level. People under 21 are welcome, as they do not ask for ID unless you order drinks. Once we come up with ideas, we take action on them by writing reports for the business and political communities and following up with them to see that they are implemented.
