Urban Choice Charter School was a charter schools serving the City of Rochester. The school served 400 students in grades K-8.
The New York State board of Regents unanimously voted to not renew the charter in 2023 citing academic and other problems with the school.
The charter school had previously faced closure in 2020 but that was delayed due to the societal effects of the Covid Era.
