2006-12-12 23:14:03 Did my inspection there a while ago. Today went there to fix couple small things. I'm very happy with them. They were friendly, didn't try to screw me over. Their only problem - they are fairly busy, so it might take a while until they have time to work on your car. —GirtsFolkmanis

I received an honest, upfront look-over. The news on the car wasn't good, but their service was above and beyond. Vail's is my new go-to mechanic. —LizDee

2012-05-26 10:08:32 Great Mechanic. I went to Vail for the three years I lived in the area, and may bring my car across town to go back in the future. Between my cars and my friends, I've brought at least six different cars on a number of occasions for both major and minor repair. The service has always been friendly, reliable, and honest. I've never felt cheated, overcharged, or mislead. As mentioned, same day service isn't always available, but I think being that busy shows how good their service is. —TimGuyot
