1 Business Spotlight: Still awaiting graphic. Damian says it's finished; Pete will turn it into a macro. Some companies have expressed interest in the Spotlight, but have not linked back. Accordingly, we make this change to the policy: "The link to RocWiki must be on the requestor's site at the time of the request, or 7 days before the beginning of the month in which they will be featured." Possible November sites: Karen Holmes's business (Pete), 1st Baptist Church (Pete); Backup sites: SodTech (Ryan/Dawn), Xerox Young Professionals (Damian); Future sites: Sylvio's (Damian), Tim's Trim (Pete)
2 Reformatting of Comments: This is put on hold until LocalWiki software is developed.
3 Mobile Devices and RocWiki: Damian offered to make a mobile-compatible CSS sheet. Supress images, but keep the comments. No current Sycamore modifications exist; this could be useful for LocalWiki.
4 LocalWiki: nothing to report
5 Request to Update Documentation: Some present at the meeting suggest that guidance is needed for creating new pages: "accessibility" needs clarification, some features aren't documented. As well, we need a template for businesses with multiple locations. Our traffic shows that we are relevant and visits are up considerably over the past two years. Ryan: please send data to Pete; Pete will then update the front page.

2010-10-09 11:16:08 I have Ultimate that morning and it has run till 2pm before, but I do plan to attend the meeting at Jay just don't be surprised if I'm late. —DamianKumor
