tōcōti chocolate is the Rochester area's only micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate manufacturer. They make single origin dark chocolate, custom blended dark chocolate, dark and classic milk chocolate, white chocolate, and inclusions. They also offer filled chocolates and other confections.
Pronounced "toe-koe-tee", the name comes from a series of Aztec drum syllables.
