2011-12-20 16:34:28   Stopped in the other day to get some sushi and dumplings to go. The food items in the refrigerated case were 30% off after 5pm, which was a nice suprise. Not a ton left, but several options. Lots of other need asian foods, similar to what you'd find at the bigger stores in Henrietta. One of the owners was there with her two kids and as we are frequent Fujiya visitors, she recognized me and we chatted for a bit. She's very nice! Definitely recommend as a quick option if you're looking for sushi to go, and support local business owners. —JBeez

2012-01-07 16:31:07   I finally drove by when this place was open and picked up some frozen pot stickers and daifuku with red bean paste. The clerk was really nice and talkative, probably the same one that JBeez ran into. She apologized off the bat that they still only had mostly Japanese items which was okay with me. The grocery side has a little bit of everything, the Henrietta stores might have the same product that Bento has, but from 10 different manufactures. This is the only Asian grocery east of the bay, which really surprised me. —DamianKumor

2012-04-03 16:57:06   I LOVE Bento-Ya! I go in almost every other day, and the owner is always there with a smile. Her husband owns Fujiya, and they are both so friendly and nice. I'm so happy they are in Webster-now I don't have to drive all the way to Henrietta to buy my asian products, and they are cheaper than Wegmans. Prices are great, sushi is fresh and I love her Kimchi! Very pleased to have them around the corner. :) —R
