Bubble tea is a Southeast Asian beverage made of flavored milk tea with tapoica pearls (or jelly) in it. It is normally served with a large straw to allow for sucking up the pearls with the tea. First invented in Taiwan, this drink grew popular in Asia to then was brought over to America.
