Citygate Wine & Spirits was a wine and liquor store located in Citygate. They opened January 2016. Closed March 2018. Costco will be converting into a their Liquor Store.

2016-10-11 15:52:22 Went here when it first opened up. I thought the prices were a bit high overall, and the selection was weak for the size of the store. Perhaps it's improved since opening. I would recommend taking the extra couple of minutes to go to Marketview Liquor over CityGate. —DE
2018-03-22 00:29:25 Back in 2015 Costco was denied a permit to open their own liquor store in (or adjacent to) their building; one of the reasons was that a license had already been approved for Citygate W&S. Costco sued the Citygate landlord - their lease had some language that restricted, but did not prohibit, another liquor store on the site - but lost. Now they get their store, although not where they would have preferred. —markjackson
