Ellie's Gluten Free Bakery was a dedicated gluten-free, casein (dairy)-free, and soy-free (GFCFSF) bakery located in Fairport. Their baked goods included cakes, cupcakes, pies, pastries, cookies, breads, and much more.
It had its grand opening on September 17, 2011.
