Sun Tan City was a chain tanning salon with five locations in Rochester, including one on Empire Boulevard in Webster and another on Park Avenue in the Wilson Farms complex. At the end of 2012 the owner of Golden Tans bought into the Sun Tan City franchise and changed the names to all his stores. Eventually he sold to Zoom Tan.

2012-10-14 16:44:06 Why do you not give out a copy of the contract that people sign. I was told you have to ask for it??? If I have no copy of a contract that can't possibly be enforced. Also, you have my address, phone number and email address but you do not notify of my credit card expiring. Seems kinda sleazy that you then try to charge me $30. The product they sell is good but the Customer service is so bad, sorry Chelsea, it was painful dealing with you, that I will never go back. —NewtonNola
2012-11-08 11:28:26 I go tanning on a regular basis and this location is right down the road from me but I will never go back. The customer service is awful, I had to argue with associates Chelsea and Heather on more than one occasion about the amount of time I wanted to tan, it was so frustrating that I couldn't wait to get out of there. I love their beds but they have lost my business. —Eit121
