The 116 St. Paul, also called the Harry Forman Building, is a three-story historic building in the St. Paul Quarter and part of the St. Paul-North Water Streets Historic District. It offers four loft units and retail space on the ground floor. The third floor is owner-occupied. Other amenities include a gated parking lot, an urban garden, and in-suite laundry. The architecture shows traces of Beaux Arts.
From 1937 to 1999 this was the home of Harry Forman's Clothing. The building was redeveloped in the mid-2000s by Dan, Randy and Noah Morgenstern.
Pert's Boutique relocated here in 2014.
