The Livonia Avon Railroad and Lakeville Railroad (LARL) is the Rochester connected part of the Livonia Avon and Lakeville Railroad Corporation, a 282-mile railroad system operating throughout western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. The rail line is of special interest to Rochester train spotting aficionados.
The LALR rail lines run from the Brooks Yard terminus on Brooks Avenue near Rochester Airport and in Henrietta to both Avon and Silver Springs. The Avon line continues to Lakeville.

Train service operates as required to/from Rochester, typically 3X/week. Lakeville and Avon patrons are switched as required, including weekends.
Note: Movement between Silver Springs and Rochester is via LAL haulage over RSR.
