2007-03-31 14:41:44 Perhaps benefiting from its 'burb location, this place attracts an older clientèle and that, coupled with worldlier-than-avg. offerings, creates a grown-up ambiance. I have a (density-related) preference of gelato over ice cream and they do a good job with that. Coffee (no chain-ish funny-named concoctions here) satisfies in that just-good-coffee way. Not so crazy on the pastries somehow although I tried everything, or the paninis - when even your boring work cafeteria whips up better (and twice as stuffed) orders, that's kind of a problem. Always great service (no zoned-out kiddies behind the counter helps). Have visited since nearly a year ago - gelato over live jazz on a Summer night, outside, anyone? —ChristineLeo

2007-08-15 16:40:17 Ever since Gelateria Parmalat closed in Eastview Mall, I've been looking for a place with decent gelato. This little cafe does pretty well at filling that void although, nothing compares to the places in NYC...well, maybe the ones in Italy do. —LesleyChen
2007-12-18 12:09:58 Little Italy. 24 different flavors of gelato/ice cream. Lots of pastry selection too, feels like true Italian cafe. All taste good. Be careful of the calories though. —WilliamSmith
2007-12-18 13:41:52 I went here a bit ago. Had some gelato and pastries, liked them well enough. But I was sad that the dessert items were either imported or trucked in from somewhere else. I love the idea of a place like this, would love it more if they actually made the pastries/gelato in house. But that's just me. —MarcVera
