2008-02-02 14:41:43   Typically, I'm not a fan of chain/corporate places, but as far as those types of places go, Mac Grill isnt bad. A few creative dishes on the menu.
Stay away from the regular red sauce, its pretty bad, but the dishes with
cream sauces are tasty. Dessert ravioli is aweome. —DrKennethNoisewater

2008-11-25 09:39:43   I was meeting a friend for dinner and this where she picked. My dinner tasted like pasta-roni but cost 13x as much. MrRochester is right and although there are not a million, there are plenty of good italian places in the area. Macaroni Grill not being one of them. —mmsmith

2009-03-29 20:08:18   Unlike Caraba's, all of my food has been fresh and hot!!! Caraba's served me lukewarm soup twice on two separate occasions. I am totally hooked on Romano's Chicken Marsala. Too bad they don't have the New Zealand Mussels on their menu anymore!!! —DabeernFooddude

2010-11-02 11:46:47   About a month ago we ate at Macaroni Grill. We've been there a few times before and have enjoyed it. We sat down, ordered, and then proceeded to wait over 1 hour for our meal. As time went on we got anxious as our server must have been embarrassed and kept walking by fast and not looking at us. I finally got up and went to the front desk, where the 2 younger girls found my asking for a manager to be funny. After informing the manager of the wait time (which, I should add, included watching several tables sit down, order, get served the same food we ordered and eat), we finally got our food 10 minutes later. The manager came over as we were finishing up and told us the bill has been taken care of and she was sorry.

Isolated incident? I don't know, but here it is for what it's worth. —suprax
