The northern terminus is at the intersection of Route 252 and Route 96 in downtown Pittsford. The road heads south through Mendon to Bloomfield where then it combines with Route 5 and Route 20 for a while before heading south again. The southern terminus is at Route 21 near Canandaigua Lake |
Route 64 begins in a suburban environment as Pittsford-Mendon Road then turns quite rural for the rest of its length. It is probably best known as the primary route to Bristol Mountain.
