Boundaries
The northern terminus is at the intersection of Route 252 and Route 96 in downtown Pittsford. The road heads south through Mendon to Bloomfield where then it combines with Route 5 and Route 20 for a while before heading south again. The southern terminus is at Route 21 near Canandaigua Lake

Route 64 begins in a suburban environment as Pittsford-Mendon Road then turns quite rural for the rest of its length. It is probably best known as the primary route to Bristol Mountain.
