The Physical Forum, LLC is an exercise studio owned by Susan Siebert, a personal trainer, avid cyclist, and former bodybuilder. A friend and frequent collaborator with Full Moon Vista, Siebert specializes in core-strengthening workouts to enhance cycling performance. She uses strength machines, TRX, stability balls, slideboards, and other equipment.
Personal Training studio - by appointment only. Welcoming ANYONE that needs help in developing a fitness program for improvements in strength, balance, flexibility and/or cardiovascular fitness.
