What! Crawfish! was a Seafood Fast Casual restaurant featuring crawfish and shrimp cajun boils. In addition they serve a few beef or chicken and rice dishes. Located in Jefferson Plaza, they opened June 15, 2019.

2021-02-07 11:31:33 More like.....What? Mudfish? I've enjoyed crawfish many times when visiting the south so I looked forward to trying this local establishment. It was Horrible. The spices were extremely weak and the crawfish which typically have a slight earthy flavor tasted like mud from a bayou swamp!!! To make matters worse the service was poorer than the food. When I attempted to ask the employees suggestions on what to order, I got some sort of condescending attitude like I was uncultured ? The food was horrible including several crawfish with large cysts!!! I had to toss half the food out and laughed as I left with my son remarking "This place won't be open long............smiled when I drove buy and saw another business there. Gone but not forgotten? Yeah I guess it was so bad I'll never forget!!! —PaulDick
