2006-11-20 21:58:12 I went to the Zebb's in Utica two times when I lived there during the 90's. The first time I was not impressed. I went back a second time because the friends I went with love the place. I think after 10 years the grease from the burger and fries I ordered have finally washed off my hands and arms. I will never go back to a Zebbs in any city. —ScottHendler

2007-02-08 11:59:08 I gotta agree with the above. The food at Zebb's is decent, but not great. I've heard good things about their chocolate chip cookies, but I've never tried them. The atmosphere is kind of dimly lit and a little divey, but not divey enough to be charming. —CedrickStanton
2007-02-08 17:21:40 Both the chocolate-chip cookies and the brownies are good, fresh-baked, and cheap: under $1 IIRC, which makes for a cheap yet good dessert. As for the rest of the food, I agree with the "decent, not great" comment. I'd say as good or better than comparable national chains like TGIF and Bennigan's. —RottenChester
2007-05-27 19:25:13 The toppings bar is a great idea and the burgers are great. Their cookies and brownies are also good, we can't leave without here without picking up a dozen. I do agree that this location isn't as good as the location I use to frequent in New Hartford, NY. —TravisOwens
2007-11-25 15:14:24 I've been going to Zebb's for over 10 years now. But I think i'll stop. It's gotten grimier with time and the food quality has just gone downhill. The last time we went it took over an hour for our food to come out. Yes, people apologized many times...but when people who came in after you LEAVE before you get your food (because they ate, paid, etc), then there is something wrong. —MarcVera
