300 Alexander is a high-end apartment building in the Upper East End, on the corner of Alexander Street and East Avenue into 58 luxury apartments. The building was the original Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School and served the Army Flying Corps during WWII.
The developer is the same group that rehabbed the H.H. Warner Building and Corn Hill Landing.

2014-12-27 20:43:20 Wow, I'm sure it's nice - and laundry inside every unit is a big plus - but the secure parking isn't all that secure, the area in general isn't all that secure (I lived at 325 Alexander for 3 years,) pulling onto Alexander at rush hour and on Thursday-Saturday nights can be hazardous and, now that useful stretch of the Inner Loop for people living in that area is gone — I don't know how they find enough people who can afford those prices - wonder how much they're socking into their retirement accounts each week?
