Caribbean Chateau was a Caribbean restaurant located in High Falls in the former Jimmy Mac's Bar and Grill space.

The restaurant opened in October 2010 and closed sometime in 2012.

2010-10-20 13:35:51   My friends said the Jerk Chicken entree was good and the chunky squash soup was good. But entirely underwhelmed with the spices/rubs in general. The veggie wrap that I ate was only ok. My hope is that when I go back, the service will be quicker and the Caribbean flavors will be bolder... —AlisonBoncha
