Cheesy Eddie's is a bakery on South Avenue in the South Wedge, specializing in cakes, and known for its cheesecakes and carrot cakes. Opened in 1976 selling cheesecake made from a family recipe, they have since expanded to other baked goods. On April 16, 2019 a second location opened at the Genesee Valley Regional Market.
The owners' nephew Ryan Baker used to operate a pop-up espresso bar called Meraki Coffee Co. here on select days.
