Citizen was a free bimonthly magazine dedicated to innovation, flexibility, and sustainability for the growth and revival of Rochester, New York. Its mission was to encourage readers to think outside the proverbial box. Contents included full pages of colorful portrait photography and profiles of local community leaders.

Citizen was the brainchild of publisher Chris Goldan of CG Design Studio, LLC. The premiere issue was released in March 2012 and included a fashion spread from Eye-Candy Clothing, an article on Finger Lakes wines, a historical feature about Main Street and its decline, and profiles of local economic leaders such as the founders of Greentopia.

They seem to have only published two issues.
