Pittsford Seafood was a restaurant attached to the Pittsford Seafood Market on Monroe Avenue. It is actually located in the City of Rochester, not Pittsford.

Pittsford Seafood was voted "Best Fish Fry" in City Newspaper's 'Best Of' awards in 2002.¹

2008-12-07 11:00:22   Note that the seafood restaurant closed some time ago, but various fried seafood is available in the seafood market for take-out or eating in at one of the half dozen tables in the store. Good selection of seafood at reasonable prices. We take ours home to cook, but the fried take-out is very popular. Be sure and say hello to Nick who owns the place! —JGerek

2012-01-10 10:36:49   Just so painful, with more people moving downtown this is the type of business we need. I went there for my fresh fish for years, and often I would get a dozen oysters and have them bake a piece of salmon for me. On nights without my kids and gal, this was like home to me. —PeteWaack
