RYCE stoodfor Rochester Youth Culinary Experience and was a Caribbean themed restaurant located in Village Gate and the neighborhood of the arts. Salena's and Nox shared the same owners. The concept was to train students from East High School, to cook and manage a restaurant to improve workforce readiness and entrepreneurial skills.

Opened February 2, 2017. Closed May 2017.
