Route 31F is a highway that primarily traverses suburbs and small villages. For much of its distance it is more commonly known as Fairport Road or Macedon Center Road. Through the village of Fairport it runs on West Church Street, South Main Street and High Street.
Major intersections include: Route 153 and Route 250.
