RocCity 2.0
Decided that businesses with firm start dates should have pages. Discussion included a lot of talk around liquor licenses as bar tend to need these to open. General consensus was once a liquor license is had, then a page could be created for a bar.
Consensus was that we do not want to censor or remove comments from the wiki. A solid opinion was not really formed. If the commenter feels its necessary to restore the comment then further discussion will occur.
Discussed the issue at length. The group decided that if the owner responded to the user's comment, which was agreed to be libel/slander, and the matter ends there, then the matter is closed. We do not want this to become a flamewar. Eileen is going to meet with the owner and ask that they respond to the user. If the user continues the argument then the argument should be taken out of the normal comments stream or the user banned.
Tabled since Pete was not there to discuss.
Tony explained RocCity 2.0 and how RocWiki could fit into it. The general idea was for RocWiki to be central place for organizations to explain themselves and post their events to a subscribe-able calendar based the the interests of the individual. We asked Ryan if this could be supported by LocalWiki since the current wiki could not provide the tagging of interests that would probably be needed.
