Cooking and Eating Healthy with Phil was a gluten-free and almost 100% vegan eatery in the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood. The menu was based on owner Philomina U. Emeka-Iheukwu's cookbook Cook Healthy, Eat Healthy, Feel Healthy America and featured no refined sugar, butter, white flour, or deep frying. She also offered catering.
The restaurant opened in August 2015.

2016-01-04 13:43:06 I haven't been to the restaurant downtown, but I've frequented her spot inside Boulder at the Public Market. Her food is absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The roasted plantains in tomato-based sauce have just the right amount of sweetness, and the included seasonal vegetables on top serve to add variety in the textures. Phil herself is a sweetheart and I always enjoy our conversations while she prepares my food. I hope her restaurant endeavor does well! —AdrienneDahler
