2010-07-09 16:03:20 Bad service and bad business practices. First, my car broke down and I had my car towed there and the guy didn't even have the courtesy to ask if I needed to call a taxi or a ride home. Second, the problem with my car had to do with something they couldn't repair. Even though they didn't do anything for me, they still charged me $100. The guy behind the counter sits there smugly while gladly taking C-notes off of anyone even when he does NOTHING to repair the vehicle. AVOID. —baroness
2012-01-20 14:04:49 I had a very bad experience with them. They charged me an arm and a leg for some repairs and a warranty. My car then broke down shortly after and they wouldn't cover it even though it had to do with what they were initially fixing.
The guy Scott who works behind the counter is very nice when you follow what he says, when I tried suggesting other alternatives he refused them got very rude with me and even hung up the phone. —Anonymous49
