Westfall Road is a road in both the city's Upper Mount Hope neighborhood and the suburb of Brighton. The city portion is lined with neat Cape Cods and contains several medical practices and Monroe County offices. The Brighton part is very suburban and lined with houses and parkland. Buckland Park and Brighton Town Park are located here.
Important intersections include East Henrietta Road, South Clinton Avenue, and South Winton Road. At its eastern end Westfall runs into Allen's Creek Road.
