Basin Bean was a cafe located in Bushnell's Basin on the bank of the Erie Canal. Apart from fresh coffee and food, Basin Bean also sold fresh roasted coffee beans delivered from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters. Outdoor seating with views of the canal as well as cozy indoor seating. Live music most Friday nights.
It used to be known as Three Beagles Cafe before changing its name in March 2012.
The business closed and reopened in February 2015 as Mellow Mug.
