| Route 15 runs from its northern terminus in the City of Rochester on South Clinton Avenue. Working southward, it follows South Clinton to Byron Street then follows Mt. Hope Avenue (past the northern terminus of Route 15A/East Henrietta Road) until crossing Route 390 where it overlaps West Henrietta Road through the town of Rush. Signage indicates NY 15's southern terminus is at Exit 3 of 390 in Wayland |
