From Lake Ontario State Parkway near Lake Ontario through the Southern Tier to the Pennsylvania border.

NY State Route 19 is a scenic route that features sharp turns, meandering hills, forests, and lots and lots of small towns, villages and hamlets. Its path takes you from Lake Ontario in Monroe County, through Genesee County, Wyoming County, Allegheny County, and eventually, into Pennsylvania. At its northern terminus, as Lake Road East Fork, it intersects with the Lake Ontario State Parkway near the mouth of Sandy Creek.

Along the way, drivers pass through:

• North of the Thruway: Clarkson, Brockport, Sweden, and Bergen where the route is generally known as Lake Road
  

• Between the Thruway and Route 20: LeRoy
  

• Between Route 20 and I-86: Pavilion, Warsaw, Fillmore, Houghton, Caneadea and Belfast
  

• Intersects with I-86, Exit 30 south of Belfast
  

• Belvidere, Belmont, Scio, Wellsville
  

• Passes into Pennsylvania north of Genesee
