Genesee River Trail is a series of trails and parks along the Genesee River in Rochester NY.
Here is a picture of a section near the former Ant Hill Cooperative, between the University of Rochester and Corn Hill.

Links to the Seaway Trail, the Erie Canal Trail, and the Genesee Valley Greenway south of Genesee Valley Park. The entrance along Mount Hope Avenue is marked by the Genesee Gateway Park.

2007-08-20 00:44:54 Due to construction for the Brooks Landing Project, Riverview Apartments and Troup-Howell Bridge, much of this trail is off-limits to the public, primarily on the west bank of the river, between Elmwood Avenue and downtown. —DaveMahon
2008-06-13 21:42:51 East side of the trail is wide open and unaffected by the construction. It would be nice if it could be extended past court st. —JohnJoseph
2008-06-13 22:54:27 As of June 2008, there is approximately 1/4 mile of trail on the west side of the river that is closed- between Elmwood Avenue and Brooks Avenue. There is no closure by Riverview Apartments or the Troup Howell Bridge. —EricLarsson
