Specific Hikes

Fall Brook Falls — 30 minute drive from The ROC, big waterfall.
Chimney Bluffs State Park is a 40 minute drive but has several nice hikes along the lake.
Walk around The Water Towers.
Try some easy walking on the Lehigh Valley Trail
Loop the three falls at Letchworth State Park
Hike around the Devil's Bathtub at Mendon Ponds Park
Start right in Rochester on the Genesee Valley Greenway
The Finger Lakes Trail extends across New York State, and the nearest trailhead is around 40 minutes from Rochester.
High Tor - near Naples (48 miles) and south end of Canandaigua Lake.
Both the Genesee Riverway Trail and Erie Canal Trail are close and fairly easy walking.
Tryon Park is a great spot to "get away" near town.
Stroll the nature trails at the Genesee Country Nature Center
