Northeast Quadrant

The Northeast Quadrant refers to the northeast portion of the City of Rochester. It generally has a bad reputation, due to the dangerous (and large) Group 14621 Neighborhood, as well as high levels poverty. This is not an entirely accurate picture, however. Its three main neighborhoods cover a huge area and have many nice pockets as well.
