Zagster is a national bike sharing company. Think Uber for bikes. Over a three year period there will be 340 bikes available at 46 stations throughout Rochester. Riders can access the bikes by downloading the Zagster app on their smartphones and creating an account. It costs $1 for 30 minutes. The phone app also give you the combination to unlock the bike from the stationary rack. The bikes became available on Juy 20, 2017.
